Common questions
Is the Lang 36 Patio good for beginners?
It rewards experience — it is hands-on, so you manage the fire. Beginners often start with a set-and-forget model instead.
How much tending does the Lang 36 Patio need?
Hands-on (fire-tending) — you're the thermostat. Plan to tend the fire throughout the cook; that's the craft (and the flavor).
What size cooks does it handle?
Large: multiple butts, a brisket plus sides — for regular entertainers. We class size coarsely on purpose — check the listing for exact cooking area.
